| Please check your current version number (Help/Version) You must be running a 2009 version (i.e. 2009.01.28) to use this upgrade You must be running Windows XP SP2 or later |

Please run both steps in order |

| Step 1: | Conversion |
1) Click the Conversion link, select Run on menu 2) Select Run\Allow\Continue to any messages that appear 3) Follow the conversion instructions 4) Click Ok\Yes\Allow\Continue to any Registry setting warnings. 5) When complete go to Step 3 |

| Step 2: | 2010 Update |
1) Click the Update 2010 link, select Run on the menu 2) Select Run\Allow\Continue to any messages that appear 3) A message will ask you to confirm that your CEIS software is closed 4) Make sure that it is and click Yes 5) Click Unzip, close WinZip and restart the CEIS software |
