| Please check your current version number (Help/Version) You must be running a 2008 version (i.e. 2008.01.02) to use this upgrade You must be running Windows XP SP 2 or later |

| Step 1: | Install Runtime | 1) Click Install
Runtime link 2) If you are updating 1 computer select Run on menu then skip to step 6 3) If you are updating 2 or more choose save on the menu 4) Save the AccessRuntime07.exe file to a memory stick or central server 5) Double-click on the saved AccessRuntime07.exe file 6) Select Run\Allow\Continue to any messages that appear 7) Install the Access Runtime to the default location 8) When complete go to Step 2 |

| Step 2: | Conversion |
1) Click Install Conversion link, select Run on menu 2) Select Run\Allow\Continue to any messages that appear 3) Follow the conversion instructions 4) Click Ok\Yes\Allow\Continue to any Registry setting warnings. 5) When complete go to Step 3 |

| Step 3: | 2009 Update |
1) Click the Update
2009 link, select Run on the menu 2) Select Run\Allow\Continue to any messages that appear 3) A message will ask you to confirm that your OAND software is closed 4) Make sure that it is and click Yes 5) A WinZip window will appear, ensure the extract to location is correct 6) If it is skip to step 8 7) If not use the browse button to select the correct location 8) Click Unzip, close WinZip and restart the OAND software |
